Refunds and Returns Policy

At Just Lilies, we strive to deliver the freshest and highest quality flowers to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Incase there is a need for refund. We will process the entire amount to the customer within 5-7 working days.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your flowers, we are committed to making it right. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to offer a replacement within this timeframe to ensure your satisfaction. We are open to offering refunds in certain circumstances. Please contact us with any concerns about your purchase so that we can address them promptly.

Please note that flowers are a natural product, and there may be slight variations in color and size. We make every effort to select and deliver the best blooms for you.

Shipping
1. Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address, delivery date, or other details. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. 

• We deliver our orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

• Delivery in Delhi NCR only. 

• We do not ship our orders internationally.

2. In the event of severe weather conditions, we will make the delivery as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.
